Hi! I'm Amy. I like to create things.
As a philosopher I create connections and ideas. Following Mary Midgley, I think the work of the philosopher is to "unclog" concepts (like a plumber) and help people develop better ways of thinking. To this end, I create podcasts to make philosophical ideas more accessible to the public.
In addition to my philosophical work, I like learning and creating in many mediums. I am always teaching myself new skills and trying new forms of expression. For example, I taught myself basic html and created this website from scratch! (It's a work in progress.)
